Restore Law and Order to Ontario’s Highways

Unsafe trucks and untrained drivers are sharing the highway with Ontario families every day. The government agreed to fix it, yet nothing has changed.

Join the Ontario Safety campaign and demand Queen's Park act now.

Rogue operators are cutting corners on safety, exploiting vulnerable workers, and undercutting honest carriers who follow the rules. The laws are on the books. Enforcement is not. And the government keeps looking the other way.

Ontario families deserve highways where safety comes first.

Sign up today to demand that the Government of Ontario enforce the law.

Open the Scales. All Day. Every Day.

Truck inspection stations only work when they are open. Right now, only 3 of Ontario's 34 truck inspection stations operate 24/7. Ontario must keep all 34 running 24/7 with full enforcement teams on site so rogue operators cannot slip through unchecked and  save thousands of lives. The safety oversight system is only as effective as the data it receives and right now, it is missing most of it.

End the Uninspected Free Pass

One in four truck driving schools in Ontario has never been inspected. Ontario must end the Satisfactory-Unaudited category and require regular, mandatory safety inspections for every fleet on the road.

Stop Letting Cheaters Win

Rogue operators using Driver Inc. carry a 30% cost advantage - not because they are more efficient, but because they are cheating. Misclassified drivers, unpaid taxes, and ignored safety rules are not a business model. Ontario must expand onsite inspections and enforcement against all non-compliant operators.

Protect Small Businesses by Enforcing the Rules

Honest carriers who pay their taxes, follow the rules, and invest in safety are being undercut and forced out by competitors who cheat the system. A level playing field starts with enforcement. Small businesses shouldn't have to pay to keep cheaters in business.

Demand Action in Your Community

Illegal trucking is happening in Caledon, Brampton, and communities across Ontario right now. Illegal truck parking is turning neighbourhoods into makeshift truck yards. Undertrained drivers are navigating local intersections. Uninspected rigs are sharing the road with school buses and family vehicles.

Take Organized Crime Off Our Roads

Truck theft, extortion, and violence are rising across Ontario. The province must fund enforcement to match the scale of the threat and strengthen security at truck inspection stations.

Stop Protecting High-Risk Carriers

Ontario's insurance system should not be giving unsafe trucking companies a lifeline when private insurers say no. It is time to stop shielding high-risk operators from accountability and reform the rules that allow them to stay on the road.

Fix Training to Improve Safety in Northern Ontario

Ontario's Auditor General found that some schools delivered as little as 57% of required training hours. Ontario must complete its commercial driver training review and introduce licensing rules that ensure every driver is properly trained for the vehicle they operate.

Is Enforcement Hurting Small Business? Think Again.

Some are arguing that enforcement hurts small businesses. The opposite is true.

Ontario's small trucking operators built their businesses the right way, paying their taxes, following the rules, and investing in proper training and safety. They are losing business to rogue operators who cheat the system with a 30% cost advantage built on misclassified drivers and unpaid taxes.

Enforcement of the rules doesn't hurt small businesses. It protects them. Driver Inc. is not a model for small fleets, it is a cheat code for driving legitimate companies out of business. A level playing field starts with enforcement.

Small businesses shouldn't have to pay to keep cheaters in business.
